The ElbQuartier Apartments in Magdeburg: the perfect alternative to hotel accommodation! Be it for private or business reasons, on your own or with your friends and family, are you looking for a travel experience outside of the norm? If so, our ElbQuartier Apartments in the German city of Magdeburg are the ideal option for you! Our four idyllic and individual holiday apartments and holiday homes are located at the heart of a spacious green urban oasis close to the city's newly developed Port of Science. The river Elbe is just a short walk away and the apartments also offer excellent connections to the city centre via car, tram or bike.
In Magdeburg's "Alte Neustadt" district, we have taken an old workshop and given it new life and a new purpose, being sure to play plenty of attention to detail. The building now offers space for up to four guests in each holiday apartment. A perfect combination of old and new, shabby chic and Nordic design ensures that you will feel right at home in our loft-style accommodation. In summer 2017 we expanded our offer. Now we also welcome our guests in our two newly built holidayhomes named "ALFRED" and "NUMMERViER".

YOUR OWN PRIVATE PARADISE - A separate entrance leads you into our spacious ElbQuartier garden, which is full of fresh herbs in the summer months. All of our holiday apartments and holiday homes are at ground level and have their own entrances. You can also make the most of a free parking space on our private premises.
READY TO GREET YOU - Our apartments and holiday homes will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive. Your beds will be freshly made and we will also provide you with clean and cuddly towels. When you enter the kitchen, you will find coffee and a selection of tea and can also rest assured that all basic essentials are available.
SLEEP TIGHT - Our large double bed (180 x 200cm) is sure to provide you with a good night's sleep. Our "FRiDA" apartment and our holiday home "ALFRED" also contains a comfy sofa bed (140 x 200cm or 160 x 200cm) for additional guests. If you like to reach new heights, we recommend our "HEiDi" apartment, which features an additional loft bed (160 x 200cm).
SIT BACK AND RELAX - Each of our ElbQuartier Apartments boasts its own large terrace, which, alongside our idyllic garden, is the perfect place to relax, unwind and let your mind run free. We also, of course, offer little playgrouns and a lawn where our younger guests can play to their heart's content.
PUTTING YOU IN THE SADDLE - Are you visiting Magdeburg without your bike but still want to explore the city on two wheels? No problem at all! We are happy to provide you with bicycles and/or e-bikes at a small charge.
FEEL RIGHT AT HOME THE MOMENT YOU ARRIVE - During your stay, you can make the most of a multitude of different services. Simply contact us to find out more! The ElbQuartier Magdeburg is a family business offering family-friendly accommodation. Although we are not on site at all times, you can contact us by telephone whenever you want throughout your stay.
