(Earlier arrival may also be possible depending on the previous occupants.)<\/li>\n<li>The apartment can be used until 11am on your day of departure. (Later departure may also be possible depending on bookings.)<\/li>\n<li>A deposit will be charged in the case of long-term stays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The following charges apply to the cancellation of the guest accommodation contract for short-term stays at the ElbQuartier Apartments Magdeburg:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival 50\u20ac bookingfee<\/li>\n<li>30 days or less before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price<\/li>\n<li>14 days or less before arrival: 80% of the agreed rental price<\/li>\n<li>Less than\u00a07 days before arrival or failure to arrive: 90% of the agreed rental price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of cancellation, any down payments that have already been made will be offset against the cancellation charge or refunded where applicable.
