Book directly and save! Hotel portals and booking platforms unfortunately charge booking fees that make prices go up for you. We’re sorry to say that we can’t prevent this but if you book directly on our website, you can avoid these additional costs.
In all accommodations a minimum stay of 2 nights applies in the price category “All year long”. Saturday arrivals and one-night bookings are possible on request depending on the booking situation.

- An extra charge of €15 per night applies for each additional guest aged over 7 years old.

Discounts
- Two children aged up to 7 years old can stay in your booked accomodation for free.
- We grant a discount of 10 percent off the price of your stay for bookings of seven days or more.

Rental Terms and Conditions
- A down payment amounting to 50 percent of the hire price must be paid via bank transfer when you place your booking.
- The payment of the remaining balance is due 10 days before arrival via bank transfer or when you arrive via cash payment.
- Your apartment will be available from 4pm onwards on your day of arrival. (Earlier arrival may also be possible depending on the previous occupants.)
- The apartment can be used until 11am on your day of departure. (Later departure may also be possible depending on bookings.)
- A deposit will be charged in the case of long-term stays.
Cancellation
The following charges apply to the cancellation of the guest accommodation contract for short-term stays at the ElbQuartier Apartments Magdeburg:
- cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival 50€ bookingfee
- 30 days or less before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price
- 14 days or less before arrival: 80% of the agreed rental price
- Less than 7 days before arrival or failure to arrive: 90% of the agreed rental price
In case of cancellation, any down payments that have already been made will be offset against the cancellation charge or refunded where applicable. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your trip.
